Educational Philosophy

I feel we are in a rapidly changing technological environment and economy where any and all  information is readily available.  Technology is playing an increasing role in our schools and in some cases we as educators and students are becoming overly reliant on it.   We need to recenter our focus back on human interaction and human connection. Education should be centered around the power of a highly qualified teacher interacting with and guiding students. The Great Schools of the future will be the ones that focus on human connectivity on how we can interact with each other and how we can work together to solve problems through critical thinking and teamwork.
